Appointment Policy
- Scheduled appointments are preferred.
- Walk-ins are welcome.
- Emergencies take precedence above all.

Pre-surgical Policy
- No food after 8PM.
- Water is allowed as we want our patients to be well hydrated.
- No breakfast or treats the morning of the procedure or surgery.
- Patients should arrive between 7:30AM and 8:30AM for labs and exams.
- As a precautionary measure, pre anesthetic blood work is required for all patients undergoing general anesthesia.

Overnight Patients
Critical care patients may be transferred to the Veterinary Emergency and Critical Care Hospital for overnight treatment and intensive care. Less critical patients may be kept overnight at Danforth Animal Hospital with a doctor checking in on them as needed.

Payment is due at the time services are rendered. We accept cash, personal checks, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We offer a Senior Citizen's Discount to those over the age of 65.
